Frequently Asked Questions

What licence do I need to drive a van?
All our vans just require a C Class licence.
Do I need to pay for the fuel I use?
All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel. They must be returned with a full tank but if not, then there is a refuelling charge plus an administration fee. These are explained to you and part of your agreement when hiring the vehicle.
Do you offer trolley packs?

Yes. We offer trolley packs for $20 + GST. In your trolley pack, you’ll get 4 blankets, 4 ropes and 1 trolley.

Are there tie-down points in our vans?
Yes, our vans have tie-down points inside. You’ll see small buckles on the floor of the van, where you can use rope to tie down precious cargo.
Do you have a cage for the safety of the driver?
We do have a cage at the front, in case any of your freight moves forward, which could injure the driver without a cage to protect them.
What happens if the vehicle breaks down?
