SCTR – ready to think outside the box
When we received the call for an urgent, 2.5 week hire of 2 prime movers and 2 tautliner trailers in May 2010, our support team swung into action. Not only were we to get the trucks ready for our customer, but we were asked to supply drivers as well!
This was not our usual brief.
Within three days, our trucks were made ready for two extensive runs: Sydney- Melbourne-Brisbane and Melbourne-Adelaide-Perth-Sydney. Drivers were sourced. Quotes were negotiated.
